Magical Midlife Madness by K.F. Breene
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
I loved this book. I have the paperback and will buy the next one. A midlife crisis for sure. But who expects magic to happen to you and from a house you have agreed to watch over. Nimah starts with getting her drunk and likes throwing rocks at people. She meets Austin who is handsome and takes care of her first drunk night. Her butler Mr. Tom is quite the caretaker. Lots of magic going on until she becomes one with the house and releases the magic to all that have helped her in this town that she remembers when she was little. When she finally releases the magic, it makes everyone youthful, they can do things like when they were young. At the end she sees a mysterious man on her property line because he doesn’t know what the house may do to him. Basically, he is saying see you soon.

I bought this book mostly for the cover, but I ended up loving it. First magical with gargoyles, wolves, etc.
