This month’s top 3: Spare Episode Thirteen A History Of Fear And a special shout-out to The Groomer for being one of the most disturbing books I have ever read.
I am blogging on dates that are numbers divided by 3s, my favorite number.
It’s to keep a blogging schedule so when my second book gets done, I will put it on here regularly. I’m thinking of putting it on here to read because a few enjoy, and I don’t think others do and that is fine maybe they will start to like it and maybe I will become a better writer. Plus, I don’t write Big Books, just short ones. Kind of like a classroom. 🙂
It sucks that my stroke took my imagination. I have been trying to read more to get it back that’s why I don’t always remember names those are way out in left field to me.
The mind is a mystery.
i like this. pretty.
My daughter has wrote a book, coming out in March. So excited for her. She always wrote stories as a kid. I wish her all the luck that I didn’t have because I waited for so long to fill my dream. A procrastinator that I am but I did have fun.
Another death at her b&b exciting. I didn’t get the murderer at all. I thought her hubby. Her visions are imperfect for sure but interesting. Her love interest is still in question, but I’d go for Andy. Something strange about Nick? Things are heating up on her mom being found. A good mystery and keeps me wanting to read the next one.
A new character and mystery. Stanley is a good person and can’t wait to see him change more. His change is exciting, and his ex-wife is too controlling. His new love is fun and think she is good for him. His son reminds me of my sons, they know more than I did at that age. I was not sure about his writing but glad to see it went the direction of being a comic, lol. I’ll read the next one. Great story.
I love all of her books, favorite series is the Sunshine Hunter, then Two Sisters and a Journalists, and now this series Stanley Pearl. Need to read more to fall in love with it. I love her covers. All of them.
I loved this book. I have the paperback and will buy the next one. A midlife crisis for sure. But who expects magic to happen to you and from a house you have agreed to watch over. Nimah starts with getting her drunk and likes throwing rocks at people. She meets Austin who is handsome and takes care of her first drunk night. Her butler Mr. Tom is quite the caretaker. Lots of magic going on until she becomes one with the house and releases the magic to all that have helped her in this town that she remembers when she was little. When she finally releases the magic, it makes everyone youthful, they can do things like when they were young. At the end she sees a mysterious man on her property line because he doesn’t know what the house may do to him. Basically, he is saying see you soon.
